This year’s Downtown Fargo Living Tour features eight unique homes in the downtown’s core that you won’t want to miss. The list includes classic apartments in historic buildings, new spaces equipped with smart home technology, and even a tiny home constructed with hemp-based materials. Organized by the Downtown Neighborhood Association and the Downtown Community Partnership, it’ll be the perfect opportunity to explore the diverse array of living options in the area’s most vibrant community.

We’re excited to feature two incredible properties during this year’s tour: Bostad and Mercantile.

Bostad

Located in a historic building along Broadway, these beautifully renovated condos draw on the simple yet cozy feel of Scandinavian design. During the tour, you’ll be able to see some of the one-of-a-kind layouts available for sale.

The event kicks off at Broadway Square, where you’ll receive a wristband and a tour booklet to guide you as you explore the neighborhood and some of its one-of-a-kind homes. There will also be a trolley service to each stop on this year’s home tour.
